The challenge
A.Celli’s clients main driver is energy efficiency, crucial to reduce costs while maintaining or increasing production volumes. To meet these needs, A.Celli decided to partner with Cannon Bono, as we share similar values while providing the technology necessary to meet their demands.
The solution
Since 2018, we have provided five different SG series fire tube boilers, in standard versions, Eco- and HE Smart configurations to power their tissue drying lines.
Each boiler is developed starting from the individual needs of each production process, detailing the fuels, feed-water temperature, and integration with the whole plant.
The control of the performance of the entire line is essential to optimize costs and resources. Thus, A.Celli embraced the opportunity to integrate our boiler inside the plant due to our advanced monitoring system, connecting the steam generator remotely and allowing their team to check its performance in real time.
