Cannon Bono has supported Gaspare Sironi in upgrading its thermal plant with a high-efficiency HE Smart steam boiler. The project delivered improved performance, seamless system integration, and advanced digital control for top-level operational reliability.
Gaspare Sironi: the client
Gaspare Sironi is a historic Italian textile company with over 200 years of activity. Still family-owned, it operates production sites in Italy, Tunisia, China, the United States, and Mexico, serving global markets with high-quality textile solutions.
The challenge
The company needed to modernize one of its workshop thermal plants by replacing one of the two inner boilers, with seamless integration into the existing system.
The solution
After a technical-commercial analysis, the boiler was completely replaced with a high efficient fire tube steam boiler, working at an operating pressure of 21 bar and equipped with OptiSpark control and management system.
