Technonicol is an international building materials company with over 20 manufacturing plants worldwide. Specializing in insulation and construction products, Technonicol is known for innovation, quality, and sustainable manufacturing practices across its global operations.
The challenge
Many of the products that Technonicol produces for insulation come from the heating of Bitumen membranes. For this reason, they require special technology to heat the tanks full of Bitumen to a particular temperature.
The solution
Our team has worked with Technonicol since 2016 for the substitution of thermal oil heaters installed in their plants. These heaters burn heavy fuel oil and thus need maintenance more often than other fuel sources, which is why we provide boilers designed to be easily inspected.
Additionally, for this fuel, we developed specific burning systems that are advanced and effective.
