UZTEX Group is leading the way in the textile industry in Uzbekistan with their innovative approach to production. The Group covers all phases of textile production, from yarn to finished products, and recently expanded their plant in Chirchiq, Takshent region.

UZTEX Group, an innovative producer in the Uzbekistan textile market, has recently expanded its plant in Chirchiq, Takshent region and needed to increase their output to 32 t/h and 7 bar pressure throughout their continuous production cycle.
For this reason they turned to our team for our specialized equipment.

The UZTEX Group’s focus on generating quality products during their continuous production cycle led them to choose our highly reliable SG 1500 fire tube steam generators, providing them with significant upgrades in quality and automation functions to continue producing high-quality textiles while optimizing energy consumption.

OptiSpark, our proprietary control and management system, allows the cascade regulation of the steam generators, thus optimizing energy consumption and allowing fully automatic operation.

Additionally, the boilers were equipped with remote control and support, making it easy for the UZTEX Group to monitor their performance and make any necessary adjustments.

In addition to advanced technology, our team was also present to support the different phases of the project, from design documentation to installation, start-up, and service. Thanks to our presence in Uzbekistan and through our offices in Moscow, Russia,  we had daily contact with our client throughout the project.
